Who am I?

I'm Frida, an Ordained Metaphysical Minister and Spiritualist. My background is rooted in traditional healing, African American root work, and mysticism. Once upon a time, I was a private chef, working with high-end clients and venues. But I couldn’t shake the call to be a full-time spiritualist. After a spiritual awakening, I knew this was my true path—and now I’m here to share my gifts with you!

Going on a spiritual journey can feel overwhelming, but don’t worry, I’m here to guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself.
